SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (PM)

To communicate daily with foreign clients to gather project requirements, update project status and progress.
To test website features on different devices and browsers. Report bugs on the project management system.
To manage software development project including but not limited to project planning, project budgeting, resource management, risk management, quality management.
To coordinate closely with development team (QA, Tester, Developers, etc.) to make sure the projects meet clients' requirements and deadlines.
To coordinate with QA team to define and improve software development process, guide and train team members on these processes and ensure proper implementation.
To manage project budget via estimates and monthly timesheets.
To create regular reports for the operations of the team.
To maintain good relationship with clients and make sure clients are always satisfied.
To prepare manual guides and documentation in English for the projects.

At least 2 years of work experience in project management in IT companies.
Experiences in project planning, project estimate, resource management, risk management, etc.
Fluent English communication skills (all 4 skills).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Ability to coordinate/connect people in the team to produce the best results.
Experiences in preparing documentation and reports in English.
Having experiences with Agile project development methodology is preferable .
Having experience working in e-commerce projects or study/work overseas is preferable.

Salary from $600-$1000 (vary based on your personal experience).
Project bonus calculated and paid quarterly with the sum of up to 3-month salary/year.
